We are a specialist consultancy, led by a Forensic Accountant that only works on cases that are associated with a Limited Company in Liquidation. By specialising in this way we know how to ensure our service align with all stakeholders.
How do you do it?
Our service is unique and we are not aware of any other company operating in the way we do. There are companies that purchase actions against the former directors of a business. But we are not aware of any company that purchases debt owed by the clients or customers of an insolvent business.
How long does it take?
We can complete the whole process of assignment in as little as 48 hours.
How do I find out if you will purchase a portfolio?
If you are looking to sell a debt or a portfolio of debt to us in relation to an insolvent estate that you are dealing with, the quickest way to contact us is by email. Simply use email@liquidebt.uk. If you have a simple query, you can use livechat by clicking the blue chat icon at the bottom right of this page. Whilst we welcome discussing portfolios, we would ask that all initial enquiries are by email in the first instance.
I have received a letter saying my debt has been assigned to you – what do I do?
Firstly, the debt due and owing to the insolvent company has now been assigned to us and we will have provided you with evidence of this. We, therefore, ask that you contact either our appointed Solicitors or, if none have been appointed as yet, contact the named contact on the correspondence you have received. We understand and accept that our contact will be unwelcome. However, the debt is legally due and owing and if we have contacted you, will not go away. If you engage with us, we will work with you thoughtfully and carefully to resolve the issue.
